hello men et all: i'm interrested your direction. haveing experience in many fields of agriculture first planting soybeans in old pasture.beans where plowed , disced and harrolded. don't remeber population maybe 170 k+ .planted with john deere 4 row and 4020. after emergence 10 days cultivated . many small growth. 10days later cultivated again with smaller tractor. got 31 bu per acre, first year. 34 bu per acre second year .planted rest of 320 arce in decalb corn. low population sidedressed with anhydrous amonia. got 110 to 120 area crop .the corn was like baseball bat's .,the farm belonged to my dad. i farmed it for him and went to college at the same time. this is a very good crop at the time .dad when to chem farming which i disagreed with.so took wife up north to big woods and planted trees for ten years .also maple syrup sugar bush for some time not to big just right. built lumber dryer and sweeping compound plant , charcoal retort 1500 # a day, all small outfits .greenhouse range for bedding plants hort tech. some of the best soil i've seen is in maple and oak wood or pasture's so much oxygen in the air maybe soil to big canopy's and undergrowth --cover crop.now the pine trees are ready for marketing , but will wait maybe another few years they're not going anyplace. got a small apple orchard , and grow 2000 rare french lilac .or syringa. great smells. we've probilly make $1500 per year with all this activity , but put four boys though college. nobody should have blessings like this .when i see those new federal reserve notes, they're just paper, now your our apple's and lilac's lovely!---one tip here cut thick sod rolls ,sheep manure, that's not what we called it,maybe peat and hammermill it's great potting soil. learned from old grower. soil life in top two inches has energy .talk about energy in plants if interested. yours kal , northern mn.

had long talk with farmer 100 mi. south of me . he lost his corn this year and last. he's rebuilding valmar seeder's which i'm inspecting soon . we're going to raise cover crop , he has 5 years experience . he' going to show me his metheod . mostly rye and alfalfa. oh boy just burned the coffee. we're going for cheap farming for the next 2 years . small grains. his neighbours think he's crazy .anything i do in advanced tech meet's resistance here also.i agree with mr. jim martindale on air movement in soil and the top 2 inches for vitality .the farmer uses valmar seeder with a roller pull.his bank failed and mine is getting weaker. low liquidity . so we're both staying in a low profile.jim how do you structure the finances for such expensive machine ? or any one else .---kal from northern mn.

Hi Kal, Sounds like a fascinating journey that you have been on. We manage financing of our business by never buying something with borrowed money. It's that simple. God bless. Jim

Kal, I just read your post. Am rethinking your question after realizing you may have Ben asking a different question than what I thought. We do no financing of machine sales. However we thee companies who have stepped up to lease machines to our customers. They Steve Richards,Accord and John Deere Credit.
